New Diocesan Partner Relationships
External Communication and Narrative Management
Administration
- Drive new business development as directed by CEO including prospecting new Dioceses via phone or email, in person at conferences or other applicable events, and continued contact with past partner Dioceses.
- Work with the CEO and Mission Support Director(s) on prospect-diocese interaction
- Enter early exploration conversations to understand the needs of prospective Diocese and how CFCS may be able to support. Communicate CFCS mission, and resources available to the stakeholders.
- Facilitate relationship building of partner diocese stakeholders and CFCS leadership responsible for implementation plans to foster alignment, manage expectations, and deliver successful partnership
- Assess needs of the Diocese and recommend CFCS Service models that will best support the goals of the Diocese.
- Coordinate with COO/Divisional Director on implementation plans for new partner-dioceses
- Manage partner relationship for Dioceses beginning with Mission Programs partnership (Mother Theresa, Precious Lives, All Souls) including funding projects and providing implementation support
- Conduct interviews with Diocesan partners past, present, and prospect to understand the CFCS impact by way of satisfaction scores
- Report feedback to Executive team and Directors of CFCS as applicable and engage in action planning in areas of opportunity
- Understand front line cemetery team member impact so we can inform business practices that align with our culture
- Develop and maintain audits of Diocesan Mission Programs in all CFCS Partner Dioceses conducting regular KPI assessment of program health identifying opportunities and collecting success stories.
External Communication and Narrative Management
- Work with CEO, Executive Team, and Business Consultants to develop and perpetuate CFCS Culture and New Narrative with past, present, and potential partners as well as applicable markets nationwide.
- Manage CFCS Brand Awareness in Catholic Cemetery market
- Identify false narratives and facilitate conversations about address gaps
- Collect the circulate CFCS Stories that reflect CFCS Mission
- Oversee work of Mission Support Director(s) and they maintain relationships with assigned partner Dioceses.
- Assign Mission Support Director(s) and join on calls and visits to assess the relationship and impact of the Mission Support Director(s)
- Offer coaching or reassignment when stakeholder feedback warrants a change in relationship management
- Collaborate with Mission Support Director on the current services and if necessary, pivot to better aligned CFCS service model with the needs of the partner diocese
Administration
- Maintain record of Diocesan interview feedback and scores to identify themes and build trend reports
- Conduct performance reviews for Mission Support Director(s)
- Consult with CEO and Executive Team in discerning the growth, development, and direction of CFCS
- Meet with Mission Support Director(s) quarterly to debrief on Diocesan Relationships
- Coordinate with Internal Communication team to align CFCS and Diocesan Team member messaging with stakeholders and the public messaging
