This Location Manager will…

Lead the day-to-day operation of Calvary Cemetery in Youngstown, serving with a family first focus, and caring for sacred ground.

Coach your team to guide families in planning ahead, an act of love and financial stewardship
Ensure staff serves family is met with presence, compassion, and dignity
Live our Catholic mission and be a role model for your team

Compensation and Benefits...

Base salary: $70,000

We’re looking for someone with…

4-5 years of leadership experience, ideally overseeing performance based team members
An interest in representing and leading an organization rooted in Catholic values
A proven record of developing teams and meeting or exceeding goals
Experience coaching direct reports and motivating teams to achieve results
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills
The ability to oversee multiple functions with excellence
Warm, clear communication, written and verbal
Comfort with software and technology
