Contract Recruiter (Remote) supporting a Catholic Organization

Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services (CFCS) is looking for someone with 2- 3 years of recruiting experience to help us with our recruiting efforts. We recruit for Catholic Cemeteries and Funeral Homes across the United States – interesting and rewarding work!
Work from home as an independent contractor earning an hourly rate with the availability to visit a few sites. Work time would vary from approximately 10 to 30 hours per week
Hourly Rate is $35 an hour
Contract would be for 6 months
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Screening resumes
- Performing phone interviews with candidates
- Administering appropriate company assessments
- Performing reference and background checks
- Making recommendations to hiring managers
